  • Calcium channel blockers
  • Hydralazine
  • Minoxidil
  • Nifedipine (okay in OB for PTL, not a good BP med for HTN)
  • Amlodipine

Neurohormonal

  • ACEI
  • ARB
  • Beta-blockers
    • Carvedilol
    • Labetalol
    • Esmolol
  • Clonidine

Diuretics

  • Loop diuretics (e.g., furosemide, torsemide)
  • HCTZ
  • Chlorthalidone

Niche

  • IV NTG (for ACS, CHF)
  • Fenoldipam (dopamine antagonist)
