Causal Inference in Epidemiology – Cause and Effect

Despite its academic title (snooze…), this is a seminal paper on one of the biggest obstacles to getting good “answers” in evidence-based medicine (and life):  the complex difficulty of determining cause and effect.  Correlation is not causation!
