DDx of anterior uveitis:

  • Medication side-effect (secondary uveitis)
  • Ocular lymphoma (masquerader)
  • Bloodborne infection (masquerader)
  • Seronegative spondyloarthropathies
  • Sarcoidosis
  • Syphilis
  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Reactive arthritis (formerly Reiter syndrome, “can’t see, can’t pee, can’t climb a tree”)
