Renal cell carcinoma
Sarcoid
Rheumatoid (can present in the lung before it presents in the joints!)
[Tree-in-bud pattern is, for pulm, almost pathognomic for fungal infection.]
[Sarcoid granulomas prefer to be on the periphery (pleura) and in the fissures.]
